Alan Rickman to begin filming HBP in January - Harry Potter Fan Zone

In a new interview, Alan Rickman (Severus Snape) has confirmed that he will begin shooting scenes for Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince on January 6, 2008.

On filming Harry Potter, Rickman says, "It's fun…although your eye line keeps shifting. Some years ago I was looking down at [Daniel] Radcliffe. We're kind of looking each other in the eye now."

Great news I cant wait to see him play Snape in the next movie it will be his most dark and climatic performace of the series and I think more like I know he will do an awsome job of it. I really looking foward to Spinners End and the ending of the Movie! Oh my half blood prince!

No other actor can bring snape to life like rickman. Snape has always been one of my favorite's in the HP saga. I knew he would redem himself;)

Ya. I always thought that he did the best job of acting. He really portrays the Snape in the book unlike some other characters (Padma and Pavarti Patil).

snape is the best in the movie. he looks so evil and plays the part perfectly. he is awesome!!!!
