Richard Griffiths and Julie Walters (Vernon Dursley and Molly Weasley, respectively) are to be honoured by the Queen. Griffiths will receive the Commander to the British Empire (CBE) honour, while Walters will receive an Order of the British Empire (OBE) award.
The awards recognise exemplary public service. Other recipients this year include talk show host Michael Parkinson (who recently interviewed Dan Radcliffe) and actor Sir Ian McKellen.
