Dan Radcliffe and Stephen Fry (narrator of the UK Harry Potter audio books) have both donated glasses to be included in a Holocaust memorial artwork. On donating the glasses, Dan said, "Please find enclosed my first pair of glasses which I wore at school at six."
Around one thousand pairs of glasses have been donated to the project so far. Jason Isaacs (Lucius Malfoy in the Harry Potter films) will lead a service to commemorate the Holocaust on National Holocaust Memorial Day (January 27) at Liverpool's Philharmonic Hall.
The artwork itself will be on display at the Liverpool Town Hall from January 21 to 26.

im very suprised that Daniel Radcliffe has actually take part in this, i thought it more logical that Emma Watson, or Maggie Smith would do it before them.
Its very moral of all three of them to do it. I respect Dan more and more… :)

I find this great, fortunately famous actors take part to such events, it allows to give them a greater scope to reach further than it would have without them intervening.

awwwww!!!! dan is so sweet to do this though it also does surprise me. but its still sweet and as my 5th grade teacher told me, 'its the thought that counts'

I DID NOT KNOW THAT DANIEL JABCO RADCLIFFE WORE GLASSES FOR REAL WAS SHOCKED IN AN WAY BECAUSE NOW I AM WONDERING IF JUST MAYBE HE MIGHT BE WEARING CONTACTS LENS THAT MAKES HIS EYES BABY BLUE I JUST KNEW SOMETHING WAS NOT RIGHT.HE HAS DONE AN LOT OF GOOD DEEDS LATELY WILL BE REWARDED LATTER DOWN THE ROAD I JUST HOPE THAT HE DOESNOT MESS UP HIS LIFE OR BECOME TOO WILD LIKE OTHERS HAVE BOY HARRY POTTER HAS MADE DAN-MAN VERY FAMOUSE GREAT JOB?
