Reuters has published an article about the Tokyo premiere of Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince. Although none of the cast or crew members were present, that didn't stop fans and Japanese celebrities from coming out in droves to attend the first of three premieres (the London premiere is Tuesday, July 7, and the US premiere is Thursday, July 9).
Thousands of fans, some dressed as wizards in long gowns with pointy hats, lined up in Tokyo to catch the sixth in the blockbuster "Harry Potter" film series on Monday, kicking off a string of such events around the world.
