There's a new picture online of Harry and Professor Slughorn from Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince. Check it out in the galleries, courtesy of Entertainment Weekly.

HPANA has confirmed that a 15-second teaser trailer for Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince will play in front of IMAX screenings of The Dark Knight.  There is no word on whether the trailer will feature footage or will merely be an announcement promoting HBP's IMAX debut.

Amidst Movie Magic's complete guide to Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince was a Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows movie update.  It quotes production design Stuart Craig as saying, "I've heard it suggested that the first [HPDH] film ends with the return of Ron Weasley. His return is an emotional high. I guess that could provide a very satisfactory ending."

The summer edition of Movie Magic magazine features a complete guide to Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince.  The guide includes inside info from the producers, designers, actors and trainers, some of which has been scanned and can be seen here.

As the fifth gathering of its kind for Harry Potter fans across the globe, Portus' academic presentations, workshops, and roundtable discussions are only the beginning of the fun.

Electronic Arts has confirmed to us that the Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince videogame will be released on November 13 in the U.S. and November 14 in Europe.

Electronic Arts has launched the official site for the Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince videogame.  As of now you can read a game overview, sign up to get game news, and watch the teaser trailer.  Most of the site’s interactive features are still to come, so stay tuned!

Two new promotional pictures from Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince have surfaced on MSN Mexico: Ron in Quidditch garb and Draco sitting.

Thanks to Warner Bros. and Moviefone for passing on a number of new high-resolution pictures from Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince.  Two of the photos are new, and the others are high-res versions of the USA Today pictures.

USA Today has our "first look" at the film adaptation of Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince.  Their extensive coverage includes an article focusing on the plot of the film, as well as a gallery of new promotional images accompanied by comments from crew members like director David Yates.
